Refund Policy

At Lucenzo Milano, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

1. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, defective or significantly different from the product description, we will gladly review your claim and offer an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of the received item

  • Clear images showing the defect, damage or discrepancy

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


2. Incorrect Size Received

If the item received differs from the size ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To review your request, we may ask for:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the size label

  • Photos showing actual garment measurements

Once verified, we will provide a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate.


3. Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management and your local courier.

If the package cannot be located, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the delivery notification.

Required information:

  • Order number

  • Shipping address

  • Recipient name and contact details

After verification, we will determine the most appropriate resolution.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may have entered processing or shipping preparation and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
