Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During collection launches, promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


4. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Vietnam: 1–5 business days

  • Asia: 3–10 business days

  • International destinations: 5–15 business days

5. Can I change my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement.

Once production, processing or shipping preparation has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
