Order Processing
All orders are carefully reviewed, prepared and processed before shipment.

During collection launches, holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have entered processing and can no longer be changed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking information may require 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.
Customers may monitor shipment status at any time using the provided tracking information.
Delayed Deliveries
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
While Lucenzo Milano works closely with trusted shipping partners, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, transportation disruptions or peak-season demand.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping method and order value.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Each order can only be delivered to one shipping address.
If you wish to ship products to multiple destinations, please place separate orders for each address.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST or other local fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
